I think it’s time!
It has been a few months since compliments recorded/posted our latest video, from DJ Mayka.
But I really think it’s time to bring back compliments from the… half dead?
We’re looking for the hottest new artists and creative people out there, that we may, or may not know about yet.
It could be a musician, actor, writer, film maker, producer, a funder of something? You name it!
Compliments goal is not to be seen by everyone, but to have a video message that will be able to inspire and encourage at least one person. (Or maybe just so you easily can steal a compliment whenever you need one! ;) )
Easy, right?
Our past contributors include platinum selling musicians Christina Perri and Paloma Faith, Billboard Dance Chart topper Kerli, amazing Swedes like Armand Mirpour, Jasmine Kara and Alex Saidac… and lot’s of other killer artists!

She’s a very nice and talented person and I definitely think that you should check out her music, as well as the links in the previous post.
By the way. From now on I won’t follow the “template” that I’ve used for all the other videos. I think that this might feel a little more personal.
About… MAYKA
Mayka is a Swedish, soon-to-be 24-year old, DJ and producer.
She haven’t been in the business for a long time. But, you know, if you’re really interested in something it gets easier and funnier to both learn and to work.
Mayka have performed at venues like Berns, Spy Bar and Debaser in Sweden, but also venues like the Empire Hotel Rooftop Bar in NYC. Her goal is of course to establish a name on the scene, and I guess that we could say that she’s on her way.
I’m waiting for her much anticipated EP. You too should be waiting for it!

About… Kerli
You might have heard the name Kerli before?
This girl is from Estonia, and signed to Island Def Jam back in 2006, the same label that have artists such as Jessie J, Justin Bieber, Rihanna and Taio Cruz.
Her debut album “Love Is Dead” got released in 2008, and I tell you all, it’s a great album!
This year she have topped the Billboard Dance/Club chart with her track “Army of Love”, that will be featured on her upcoming album.
Oh, and she co-wrote Demi Lovato’s latest hit single “Skyscraper”.
I have also told myself that Kerli got the best name for her fans, you know how Lady Gaga calls her fans “little monsters” and Mariah Carey calls her fans “lambs”?
Kerli calls her fans Moon Children.
This is girl is one to watch, she’s here to infect you with her amazing voice, mix of genres (bubblegoth?!) and alternative look!
